Every company is out to succeed, and whether or not a company succeeds is determined by the profit it makes. What if succeeding was measured differently?

Instead of measuring your success by how much profit you make, begin measuring it by how much your customer, guest, friend, or reader benefits from your actions. Measure it by how much your serve them.

Every time you purchase an item, you are trying to fulfill a need or want. The customer measures that product’s worth by how much it benefits them. Begin measuring your success by how much the product benefits the customer, not by how much the customer benefits you.

The more that you work to cater your service or product to your customer, the more that they will love your product because you care about them. You will then create one of the most important things, if not the most important thing in marketing and business. Loyalty.

Does your service to your customer, guest, reader, or friend create loyalty? It’s all about serving your customer, without it you will have zero profit. Let service be your focus, and profit will take care of itself.
